CDMP Framework and Operating Model
Work with Customer to develop a comprehensive adoption plan and set of recommended activities to drive adoption, identify end user scenarios, develop roles and responsibilities, identify mitigation strategies for risks/gaps raised during assessment, and develop a high-level operating model to drive engagement.
• Prerequisites and readiness for data sources, policies, assets, terms of use, usage types identified and validated.
• CDGC and/or existing data sets and policies that match with the CDMP requirements analyzed
• Catalog data and business metadata finalized
• The following have been identified: data sources, data sets per data source, categories, subcategories for each category, data collections, data assets per data collection, terms of use, delivery options, usage types
• Cost centers identified (if applicable)
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads to participate in the workshop and to provide review and feedback
• Up to three (3) discovery sessions held to gather information
• Up to three (3) standard roles and up to two (2) custom roles configured
• Up to two (2) workshops held to identify and align on roles and responsibilities

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
