CDIR/CDI Administration - Architecture and Planning
Design and align the solution architecture for the agreed-upon technical cloud data ingestion use case.
Prepare Secure Agent installation prerequisites, perform installation and configuration, perform Secret Vault integration and provide documentation.
Conduct sizing and capacity planning for Secure Agent implementation, disaster recovery planning, and develop an operational plan and change management/deployment strategy (for Cloud Data Ingestion & Replication (CDIR) or Cloud Data Integration (CDI) microservices only for the specified use case).
• One (1) critical technical use case and one (1) associated business use case established for implementation of CDIR or CDI
• One (1) Secure Agent set up and functioning in one (1) non-production environment
• Integration with a supported Secret Vault in one (1) non-production environment
• Sizing and capacity information for Secure Agent reviewed
• Defined operational plan, disaster recovery plan and change management/deployment strategy
• Secure Agent installation prerequisites
• Connection prerequisites
• Solution Architecture Document (including diagrams, dependencies, sizing information and operational plan and change management strategy)

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
