CDI Security & Compliance Assessment
Review and assess Customer's Cloud Data Integration (CDI) compliance to Informatica-recommended security best practices in one (1) environment.
Key activities include:
(i) analyzing authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., Single Sign-On (SSO) (if applicable), role-based access control, multi-factor authentication)
(ii) evaluating use of private links, Customer Managed Key (CMK), Secret Manager
(iii) reviewing Application Programming Interface security configurations
The typical schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 meeting (0.5 hrs.)
• CDI platform security and compliance meetings: 1-2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full data integration wellness assessment
• Baseline CDI implementation completed by Customer on target environment for assessment
• Customer to provide current security requirements/policies that need to be applied to CDI
• Customer to provide list of its technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads (e.g. data integration architects, enterprise architects, platform administrators, Informatica administrators, network administrators, etc.) who are involved in CDI security implementation to participate in the assessment work and provide feedback
• Customer to provide SSO integration requirements, if applicable
• Gaps in Customer's data integration governance identified and actionable plan defined
• Customer's authentication and authorization mechanism aligned with Informatica-recommended best practices
• Gaps in CDI user access permissions and privileges identified
• Security permissions for CDI system resources identified
• Summary of findings and information captured related to Customer's adherence to Informatica-recommended CDI security best practices
Key content includes:
(i) security implementation recommendations for data integration resources and roles, including authentication mechanism, if applicable (e.g. SSO)
(ii) security implementation recommendations for data integration CMK and Secret Manager, if applicable
(iii) security implementation recommendations for CDI Application Programming Interface

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
