CDI Business Assessment
Assess alignment of Customer's current Cloud Data Integration (CDI) implementation with Customer's business objectives.
Key activities include:
(i) identifying Customer's teams and roles, organization and processes related to CDI implementation, including business drivers and use cases
(ii) facilitating identification of up to two (2) high value use cases, each comprised of up to five (5) CDI mappings related to Customer's CDI implementation to drive the assessment activities
The typical schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 meeting (1hr.)
• Business team meetings to identify challenges for use cases and priorities: 1-2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Wrap-up: 1-2 meetings (1.5 hr. each) - includes all stakeholders and leaders
• Baseline CDI implementation completed on target environment by Customer for assessment
• Customer to provide list of its technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads (e.g. data integration architects, enterprise architects, platform administrators, Informatica administrators, network administrators, etc.) as well as business teams to participate in the assessment work and provide feedback
• Business objectives and use case(s) reviewed
• Up to two (2) high value use cases, each comprised of up to five (5) CDI mappings, selected for assessment
• Data integration operational models evaluated and recommendations to optimize the data integration operating model framework provided
• Adoption challenges documented
• End user feedback documented
• CDI mappings assessed (scorecard) based on the CDI mapping’s ability to support the respective business use case objectives
• Pain points in business processes identified and improvements defined
• High-level roadmap for future enhancements provided
• Summary of findings and information captured related to Customer's data integration use cases, stakeholders and related organizational processes
Key content includes:
(i) use case discussions and observations
(ii) identified pain points
(iii) use case prioritization for future implementation (roadmap) with high-level next steps and timelines
(iv) CDI solution operational model observations

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
