Complete baseline glossary and taxonomy design and technical execution design. Key activities include defining glossary hierarchy and taxonomy, designing process flows for technical tasks, and providing “persona” guidance, which includes creation of specific guidelines and best practices tailored to different types of users or roles within the Customer organization.

• Up to two (2) “day in the life of” persona scenarios documented for one (1) use case scenario

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units.
