CDGC Solution Design - Extended
Complete baseline glossary and taxonomy design and technical execution design. Key activities include defining glossary hierarchy and taxonomy, designing process flows for technical tasks, and providing “persona” guidance, which includes creation of specific guidelines and Informatica- recommended best practices tailored to different types of users or roles within the Customer organization.
• Roles and privileges defined for user groups/roles
• Up to six (6) baseline “day in the life of” persona scenarios documented for up to two (2) user personas
• Up to four (4) working sessions held to define, iterate, and document technical execution process flow to build the Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) solution as defined by Customer’s technical and business requirements
• Detailed implementation blueprint developed
• Up to three (3) sessions held to discuss and develop a Data Governance Program KPI/Scorecard design for executive reporting
• Change request (workflow) design identified outlining approach to manage and implement changes to data assets, policies, and processes within the Customer organization
• Glossary hierarchy and taxonomy for up to two (2) subject areas designed and documented
• Properties and relationships for business assets such as (i) glossary terms, (ii) policies, (iii) processes, (iv) systems, and (v) datasets discussed and refined as per the business and technical requirements
• CDGC dashboard design documented as per the business and technical requirements
• Cloud Data Quality integration components such as rules/profiles/scorecards designed

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
