CDGC Knowledge Transfer & End User Documentation - Extended
Provide up to two (2) one-hour sessions to Customer’s business and technical end users, and up to two (2) one-hour session to Customer’s administrators, for final knowledge transfer of the provisioned Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) subscription to Customer’s end users and administrators.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full Cloud Data Governance and Catalog technical solution from initial design through deployment
• Technical execution process flow defined and documented to implement the CDGC
• Bulk metadata uploaded
• Customer’s end users and administrators enabled on the subscribed CDGC solution
• Up to two (2) one-hour sessions held to provide final knowledge transfer on the subscribed CDGC solution to Customer’s business and technical end users
• Up to two (2) one-hour sessions held to provide final knowledge transfer on the subscribed CDGC solution to Customer’s administrators

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
