CDGC Implementation Plan
Engage with Customer’s stakeholders to ensure alignment of data governance efforts with organizational goals and roadmap and to complete implementation planning for up to three (3) critical business use cases.
Key activities include: (i) gathering requirements; (ii) planning for implementation (iii) planning for end user adoption.
The focus is on establishing a clear vision, securing stakeholder buy-in, and developing a roadmap for successful implementation.
• Understanding obtained of Customer's key business drivers, associated initiatives, and other related information for data governance
• Critical business use case(s) established for the Cloud Data Governance and Catalog implementation
• Confirmation that Customer’s critical use business case(s) can be met with provisioned cloud service subscriptions
• Customer apprised of software/cloud service capabilities and functionality to address specific business challenges
• Implementation and roll-out plan documented for up to three (3) critical business use cases
• Implementation plan, including high-level steps, resources, recommendations, and timelines

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
