Description

Execute and implement Customer’s data governance project according to Customer’s business requirements, technical requirements, and solution design in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment. 

Key activities include executing scanning processes and curating assets. 

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• Scanner configuration completed for up to three (3) identified simple scanners (e.g. Oracle DB, SQL server DB, RDS, file server), one (1) medium scanner (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Redshift, Cloud Data Integration) and one (1) complex scanner (e.g. Databricks, Google Cloud Storage, MS Azure Data Factory) in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment

 Note: Profiling for data sources such as Amazon S3, Azure Data Lake Store and Microsoft Fabric One Lake, that need an elastic cluster are not included.

• Custom data classification development completed for up to five (5) classifications in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment  

• Scanner resources execution completed. Data assets scanned, cataloged and classified in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment. Classifications include eight (8) packaged data element classification, two (5) custom data element classification and one (1) data entity classification

• Curation activities completed in one (1) production environment 

• Bulk metadata uploaded, including up to thirty (30) glossary terms, five (5) policies, two (2) processes, five (5) systems, and five (5) datasets per each system, including ten (10) attributes per dataset, one (1) change request workflow, five (5) custom attributes, and two (2) custom dashboards in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment

Note: Dashboards include up to six (6) widgets.

• Up to five (5) simple unique rules, five (5) simple profiles, and forty (40) metrics/rule occurrences for data quality developed and integrated with the Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) solution

• Up to five (5) data quality rules and rule templates developed and executed for data quality automation in the CDGC solution against up to two (2) catalog sources in one (1) non-production and one (1) production environment

• One (1) business lineage flow using three (3) systems using up to two (2) data sets in each system  

• Metadata is tagged with up to two (2) asset groups
