CDAM Policy Design and Creation
Create Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) policies aligned with the Customer's selected use case.
Key activities include defining a set of up to two (2) data privacy policies (access control and/or data protection) based on the desired outcome of access control and/or privacy enforcement.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full CDAM solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Customer has defined one (1) use case that requires application of data privacy controls
• Customer has identified up to two (2) structured tables to be part of for inclusion in the use case
• Up to two (2) source and up to two (2) target connections for accessing and consuming data defined for the use case description and design
• Confirmed and approved data privacy policies for the Customer's selected use case by the Customer Data Guardian/Data Steward
• Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) is configured and available to enable CDAM consumption
• Data classification and relevant attributes are configured in CDGC for the related data sources for the selected use case
• If applicable, Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP) is configured and available to enable CDAM OnRead consumption. Additionally, CDMP metadata is configured for terms of use, delivery targets, approval workflows and usage contexts.
• Customer to provide access to existing data governance technical design documentation containing information related to the data access management implementation
• OnLoad or OnRead consumption: Secure Agent is installed and configured in one (1) Customer environment
• OnLoad or OnRead consumption: Secure Agent connectivity test completed successfully
• Pushdown consumption: Connection to one (1) selected Pushdown platform is configured for one (1) Customer environment
• Pushdown consumption: Selected Pushdown platform connectivity test is completed successfully
• Access and transformation policies created, enabling restriction and/or transformation of data, making it safe for use case consumption
• Configured privacy policies in CDAM for the selected use case
• Customer Use Case Data Privacy Datasheet (updated with privacy policies)

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
