CDAM Knowledge Transfer, End User Demonstration and Project Close
Knowledge transfer and a demonstration of the Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) solution to Customer's end users and relevant stakeholders.
One (1) one-hour session to facilitate final knowledge transfer on the CDAM component of the implemented solution to business and technical end users (limited up to 15 people).
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full CDAM solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts, program/technical leads, and executive stakeholders and make them available to participate in the knowledge transfer sessions and solution demonstration to provide review and feedback
• Customer apprised of CDAM technical execution process flow in line with Customer’s technical and business requirements for the selected use case
• Privacy policy enforcement verified for the selected usecase against data for the selected consumption pattern
• Relevant content onboarded for the solution
• Correct policy enforcement verified
• A dataset with CDAM policy enforced
• Customer’s end users informed about the features and functionality of the CDAM solution
• Execution details and corresponding product documentation references

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
