CDAM Data Agent Installation Support (Pushdown Consumption)
Provide support for Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) Pushdown installation.
Key activities include:
(i) assisting Customer in setting up Secure Agent configuration to enable and configure Secure Agent Data Access Management Agent Service .
(ii) assisting Customer in setting up one (1) connection to one (1) selected supported Pushdown platform
Note: Applicable to Pushdown consumption CDAM implementations only. CDAM Pushdown is currently available for Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Secure Agent Data Access Management Service prerequisites and installation steps completed
• Customer to complete Pushdown prerequisites for one (1) environment
• Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) is configured and available to enable CDAM Pushdown consumption
• Data classification and relevant attributes are configured in CDGC for the related data sources for the selected use case
• Connection to one (1) selected Pushdown platform configured for one (1) Customer environment
• Selected Pushdown platform connectivity testing completed successfully

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
