CDAM Data Agent Installation Requirements (Pushdown Consumption)
Review Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) Pushdown installation requirements for one (1) supported Pushdown platform.
Note: Applicable to Pushdown consumption CDAM implementations only. CDAM Pushdown is currently available for Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Customer to complete the CDAM product prerequisites as directed by Informatica
• Customer to identify and make IT personnel who require access to the infrastructure available
• Configuration of users aligned with required CDAM, Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), Cloud Data Integration roles complete for up to three (3) personas/user roles (Data Consumer, Data Guardian, Data Owner), up to five (5) user groups and up to ten (10) users in total.
• User groups (consumers) that condition CDAM policies defined
• Data classes to action CDAM policies defined for up to ten (10) data classifications.
• Data type assigned to data classes that require specific protection behaviors
• Usage types to condition CDAM policies defined for up to two (2) usage types
• CDGC is configured and available to enable CDAM Pushdown consumption
• Data classification and relevant attributes are configured in CDGC for the related data sources for the selected use case
• Customer has been provided information for a foundational understanding of CDAM Pushdown installation technical requirements
• Secure Agent Data Access Management Service & Installation Runbook (for Pushdown Consumption)

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
