CDAM Data Agent Installation Requirements (OnRead Consumption)
Review Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) data proxy installation requirements.
Note: Applicable to OnRead consumption CDAM implementations only. For supported source platforms refer to Data Access Management Agent Service: Compatible database drivers.
• Customer to complete the CDAM product prerequisites as directed by Informatica
• Customer to identify and make IT personnel who require access to the infrastructure available
• Customer IT personnel to make the JDBC driver of the supported datastore for OnRead consumption available
• Configuration of users aligned with required CDAM, Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP), Cloud Data Integration roles complete for up to three (3) personas/user roles (Data Consumer, Data Guardian, Data Owner), up to five (5) user groups and up to ten (10) users in total.
• User groups (consumers) that condition CDAM policies defined
• Data classes to action CDAM policies defined for up to ten (10) data classifications.
• Data type assigned to data classes that require specific protection behaviors
• Usage types to condition CDAM policies defined for up to two (2) usage types
• CDGC is configured and available to enable CDAM consumption
• Data classification and relevant attributes are configured in CDGC for the related data sources for the selected use case
• CDMP is configured and available to enable CDAM OnRead consumption
• CDMP metadata is configured for terms of use, delivery targets, approval workflows and usage contexts.
• Customer has been provided with information for a foundational understanding of CDAM data proxy installation technical requirements
• Secure Agent Data Access Management Service & Installation Runbook (for OnRead Consumption)

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
