Description

Provide support for Cloud Data Access Management (CDAM) configuration of users and user groups, as well as creation of metadata required to support one (1) use case in one (1) Customer environment. 

Key activities include: 

(i) assisting Customer in assigning relevant Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform roles to user groups for CDAM. This activity includes up to three (3) personas/user roles (Data Consumer, Data Guardian, Data Owner), up to five (5) user groups and up to ten (10) users in total.

(ii) enabling Informatica's IDMC Secure Agent services for CDAM, which includes Cloud Data Integration for OnLoad or proxy service for OnRead or Pushdown.This activity is limited to one (1) Secure Agent.

(iii) reviewing Customer metadata in Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) to ensure it is correctly assigned to relevant data set elements within up to two (2) tables for the selected use case (e.g., data elements have classifications assigned and, optionally, data elements have glossaries assigned).

• Configuration of users aligned with required CDAM, CDGC, Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP), Cloud Data Integration roles complete for up to three (3) personas/user roles   (Data Consumer, Data Guardian, Data Owner), up to five (5) user groups and up to ten (10) users in total.

• User groups (consumers) that condition CDAM policies defined 

• Informatica's IDMC Secure Agent services enabled for CDAM

• Data classes to action CDAM policies defined for up to ten (10) data classifications

• Data type assigned to data classes that require specific protection behaviors

• Usage types to condition CDAM policies defined for up to two (2) usage types 

• Customer apprised of CDAM technical execution process flow in line with Customer’s technical and business requirements for the selected use case 

Document Deliverables

• Feedback on Customer’s existing data governance technical design documentation to include the configurations of users, user groups and metadata (if applicable and available)
