CAI for MDM Development Support
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Develop a custom process and/or orchestration of real-time application integration where the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution can be a source or target system.
Review the requirements for the real-time or event-based integrations and assist with the design and development of a custom Cloud Application Integration (CAI) process to meet the functional specifications.
Note: Catalog Item does not include code migration to higher environments, system testing or production deployment.
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
