CAI Execution - Additional Process (Complex)
Design and document the flow for one (1) additional complex Cloud Application Integration (CAI) process.
Identify the credentials needed for establishing a connection. Create service connectors in the Intelligent Data Management Cloud Org and test connectivity.
Develop application connections using native/service connectors, create process objects to address business needs, and publish the application integration process to obtain the service URL.
Validate and test the use case with test data using an external application like SOAPUI or POSTMAN.
Note: Complex processes include up to eight (8) tasks, depending on the complexity of the tasks (e.g. logic required to parse and process the data).
• Customer has implemented at least one (1) CAI use case with Secure Agents provisioned
• Connections to source and/or target APIs established
• Defined, documented and approved implementation approach for the identified use case
• Customer to make test data available
• Flow for one (1) complex process, including up to 8 tasks, from start to end, designed and documented
• Unit test results provided for the use case being implemented
• Low-level Solution Document

Additional Information
Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
