Business Adoption Workshop & Use Case Prioritization for Data Democratization
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Quality, and Cloud Data Marketplace.
Facilitate identification of Customer’s business drivers, data needs, and reporting challenges to uncover high impact use cases to drive data democratization proof of initial value. Analyze and prioritize use cases.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) – limited up to 15 people
• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads to participate in the workshop and to provide review and feedback
• Understanding obtained of Customer’s key business drivers, associated initiatives, and other related information for data democratization
• Business use cases for implementation identified and prioritized
• One (1) critical business use case established for the data democratization implementation
• Confirmation that Customer’s critical business use case can be met with provisioned cloud service subscriptions
• Customer apprised of software/cloud service capabilities and functionality to address specific business challenges
• Executive Summary Presentation, comprised of:
(i) workshop discussions and observations summary
(ii) issues and pain points identified
(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects
(iv) high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
