Analyze identified business use case(s) and develop critical technical use case(s) for Cloud Data Ingestion & Replication (CDIR) or Cloud Data Integration (CDI) focusing on prioritization, automation, resourcing, and cost optimization.

Key activities include:

(i) conducting a high-level analysis of business processes

(ii) identifying prerequisites and defining roles and responsibilities for use case(s)

(iii) reviewing cloud data strategy with high-level data flows

(iv) defining target table/file configurations

Note: Reference Database Ingestion and Replication source and target types for Informatica-supported sources and targets for CDIR.

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• Business use case(s) analyzed and prioritized, and associated technical use case(s) defined and prioritized

• One (1) critical technical use case and one (1) associated business use case established for implementation of CDIR or CDI

• Confirmation that Customer's use case can be met with provisioned cloud service subscriptions

• Prerequisites, dependencies, configurations, and roles and responsibilities identified for design and execution of the agreed-upon critical technical use case

• Intelligent Data Management Cloud Product Availability Matrix prerequisites reviewed

Document Deliverables

• High-level Use Case Analysis Document (including prerequisites, dependencies, configurations, and a list of roles and responsibilities for the identified critical technical use case)
