Description
The Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse Connector allows secure integration between Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Microsoft Fabric Data Warehouse. It supports reading, writing, and lookup operations in mapping and mapping tasks. Through advanced mapping modes, users can execute complex transformations and functions on clusters hosted on Microsoft Azure or within self-service environments. SQL ELT mode enables complete data transformations within the warehouse environment, ensuring high processing efficiency and minimizing egress costs.
Customer Pre-Requisites
- Power BI Configuration:
- Create and configure a workspace and warehouse with admin privileges.
- Add the Azure Active Directory application to the workspace.
- Azure Configuration:
- Register an application in Azure Active Directory and generate Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret.
- Create a security group and enable the Power BI admin settings in Azure.
