Description
The JIRA Connector facilitates seamless integration with JIRA for reading and writing data across various applications, including Salesforce, flat files, and databases. It also supports reading data from other sources to be written into JIRA. Key features include:
- Creating custom fields in JIRA and accessing custom attributes within objects.
- Reading and writing JIRA issues with filtering capabilities across all fields supported by the JIRA REST API.
- Supporting advanced functionalities such as transformations and operators (e.g., the "Contains" operator).
- Enabling advanced mapping mode to handle complex operations.
Customer Pre-Requisites
