Overview

A rule occurrence is a set of metrics created from a rule specification linked to a profile. It’s essentially a building block for assessing data quality. You can configure multiple rule occurrences for a rule specification associated with a profile. These rule occurrences help evaluate specific aspects of data quality, such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency

A scorecard provides a graphical representation of valid values for a column in a profile. It aggregates the data quality scores from various rule occurrences. Think of it as a dashboard that shows how well your data meets quality standards.
