The Informatica Gateway Partner Program is an initiative that supports the success of our Partners and Customers by accelerating customer success and adoption of Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions, specifically Cloud Data Governance Catalog (CDGC) and Cloud Master Data Management (MDM) 360 Applications. This program is the ultimate collaboration between Informatica and our partners. Informatica will provide a cross-functional team to contribute feedback on a submitted design and architecture approach at no cost to our partner. This feedback will ensure that the partner is on track and aligned with best practices in the adoption and integration of Informatica’s products within the partner’s enterprise.
- Partner/account has been accepted into the Gateway Partner Program.
- Partner implementation team is enabled/certified on the Informatica Cloud solution prior to the design submission.
- Design and architecture requirements and documentation have been completed.
This engagement is designed to be a no-touch design review, offering guidance and recommendations without direct implementation or techincal troubleshooting. For technical issues with product, please reach out to the Global Customer Support. For assistance with implementation, you may consider Informatica Professional Services.
