Data Literacy and Culture Change Workshop
Facilitate identification of change management considerations focused on data literacy and cultural change, in order to assist Customer’s efforts to accelerate adoption and consumption of data products, services, and platform.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) - limited up to 15 people
• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Customer to provide any relevant documentation and list of its business stakeholders and program/technical leads selected for workshop participation.
Examples of relevant documentation may include (but are not limited to) change management roadmap, operating model, job skills and competencies, communications plan, training plans, etc.
• Proposed success plan for people-centric digital transformation
• Alignment of people strategy to data management objectives
• Identification of critical success factor(s) for cloud-based data consumption
• Insight into data literacy success factors
• Executive Summary Presentation comprised of:
(i) workshop discussions and observations summary
(ii) issues and challenges identified
(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects
(iv) high-level training and enablement recommendations

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
