Description

Facilitate identification of Customer's business drivers, data needs, and reporting challenges to uncover high impact use cases to drive implementation of the Cloud Data Integration (CDI) or Cloud Application Integration (CAI) solutions. Analyze and prioritize use cases.  

The typical workshop schedule is as follows:

• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meeting (1 hr. each)

• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) - limited up to 5 people 

• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)

Key tasks include:

(i) interviewing Customer’s business stakeholders to understand key business drivers for cloud adoption 

(ii) conducting an analysis to facilitate an understanding of existing Customer vision, key activities in flight, executive support and funding 

(iii) assessing Customer’s existing business change management, communication and training programs 

(iv) evaluating intangible business value use cases - risk, compliance and innovation 

(v) creating success key performance indicators for cloud adoption 

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• Understanding obtained of Customer’s key business drivers, associated initiatives, and other related information for cloud adoption

• Business use cases for implementation of CDI or CAI identified

• Confirmation that Customer's use case(s) can be met with provisioned cloud service subscriptions

• Customer apprised of CDI or CAI capabilities and how they address specific business challenges

Document Deliverables

• Executive Summary Presentation, comprised of:

(i) workshop discussions and observations summary

(ii) issues and pain points identified

(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects

(iv) high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines
